This year we visited the last 2 days of ISM2012. This visit we collected 577 new items for our collection, a even bigger success then last year. We are really thankful for the support we got from the exhibitors who donated the items to our collection. In the ISM page is a short ISM 2012 report. Yes is sounds incredible in just 18 months the collection grew another 1000 items! 2011 again is a record breaking year for growing the collection. I like to say thanks to all the people that contributed to our collection. They brought gum from New York/USA, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Turkey, Dominican Republic, Croatia, Cuba, China, Switzerland, Mexico, Serbia, Finland, Czech Republic and Egypt. We started a new project. During over 30 year of collecting gum we gathered a lot of spare gums. Actually we were quite surprised by the amount of spare gums packs and wrappers. After 42 years Cadbury France changes the mascotte of Malabar Bubble Gum. ‘Mr. Malabar’ who was in every package since 1969 will be succeded bij ‘Mabulle’, a mischievous, playful and a bit rebellious cat. The change provides children with a new mascot, which supports them in their games and adventures. For more information please visit www.malabar.fr.

Logo ISM On Tuesday February, 1st and Wednesday February 2nd we are planning a visiting the ISM2011. Yes! 2 days again this year. As the world’s biggest and most important confectionery trade fair, shows you all the innovations and seasonal products. We hope to find a lot of new items for our collection.

The collection is growing faster and faster. 2009 marks a new record in the DutchGum.nl history. This year we gained 718 new items! amazing isn't it? Go To Top of Page [2009 Oct] Visit to Gumlink Inspiratorium

October, 22 we visited the Gumlink Inspiratorium. This historical exhibition was especially opened for us and we got a warm welcome. A wide range of products are displayed in combination with company highlights and other memorabilia like posters, commercials, the founder’s desk, and vending machines. Even one panel mentioned the special relations of Stimorol to the Netherlands. The holidays in Denmark resulted in 158 new items in the collection

August 2008 We started the project Imaging. During the fall, winter and spring all items (over 7000)in the collection are photographed. It was an immense job and I'm glad it's done. Now only new items will be photographed when added to the collection.

Our visit to the ISM 2009 in Cologne was a success. We are really thankful for the support we got from the exhibitors who donated a lot of gum to our collection. Overall we guess our collection will grow about 200-250 pieces.

December marks another milestone. Now the collection reached over 6800 items. With the ISM2009 scheduled for February 1, 2009 will probably the year in witch we are able to extend the collection to over 7000 items.
